TransNGS® Spike-in DNA Controls for CUT&Tag consist of a fixed reference sequence derived from E. coli Lambda DNA. They are designed for the normalization of CUT&Tag library data, helping to minimize errors caused by operational variations between samples, thereby enabling more accurate comparison of differences among samples.

Suitable for correcting CUT&Tag library data for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform.
