TransLv^TM Lentivirus Precipitation Solution (5×) is designed to concentrate lentiviral particles by mixing with the lentiviruscontaining supernatant, followed by a short period of incubation and standard centrifugation. The titer of concentrated lentivirus can be increased by up to 100-fold within 90 minutes, with excellent yield of 90%.
