Trypsin ( 0.25%，EDTA- and Phenol Red )

Description

Trypsin contains porcine trypsin (0.25%) , EDTA ( +/-), and phenol red. It does not contain calcium and magnesium ion. This product has been sterilized by filtration and tested for porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma. It features rapid digestion and low toxicity, making it suitable for the dissociation of tissues and monolayer cells.
