Description
EasyPure® EndoFree Pro Plasmid MaxiPrep Kit uses a modified alkaline lysis method to isolate high quality plasmid DNA from E. coli cultured in ≤500 ml of LB medium. The solution contains indicators that can indicate whether the lysis and neutralization are complete through the change of color, so as to ensure the quality of plasmid extraction and visualize the operation. Plasmid purification process include special endotoxin removal solution. A newly developed endotoxin removal solution capable of reducing endotoxin levels to as low as 0.001 EU/μg. The purified DNA is suitable for a variety of molecular biology applications including restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, DNA sequencing, and transfection.

High Efficiency of Plasmid Extraction
Using products from TransGen and Company T, plasmid DNA was extracted separately for quality, concentration, and endotoxin content analysis. The results showed that the plasmid DNA extracted by TransGen had good quality, high concentration, and low endotoxin levels.
Efficient Extraction of Low-copy Plasmids
Using products from TransGen and Company T, GM-L and GM-S plasmids were extracted separately for analysis of plasmid DNA quality, concentration, and endotoxin content. The results indicated that TransGen products demonstrated better extraction efficiency for low-copy plasmids.
High Transfection Efficiency
Using products from TransGen and Company T, GFP plasmids were extracted and transfected into 293T and HeLa cells separately. The results indicated that the plasmids extracted by TransGen achieved higher transfection efficiency.
